Stick ‘em up

This is a good release if someone is choking you from behind, or even just grabbing your shoulders. It’s simple:

  1. Put your arms straight up in the air.
  2. Turn 180 degrees so that you are now facing him (breaking his grip)
  3. Follow up with something, (like an ear slap for example) to ensure he doesn’t just re-grab.

Important:

You should do this move fast and hard.
