Physical Moves
Here are some of the techniques taught in our class. It is important to note that much safer to escape rather than stay and fight. If you must use these physical techniques, do so with 100% commitment and then escape as soon as an opportunity presents itself.
Victim-to-victor stance
Send a non-verbal message, and be ready to strike.
Scoop kick
